A spacious three bedroom Vacation Home with over 1,300 square feet of living space. It is secluded and set in the woods with a panoramic view of the Lake Miltona Golf Course. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a queen bed with the largest bedroom also having a day bed with a trundle. Both bathrooms have a jacuzzi and you'll find a gas fireplace and TV/VCR in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Central Air. Handicapped accessible.

A four bedroom, lake level cabin. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a full bed, the third has two twin beds and the fourth has a full bed and a twin. It has a bathtub.

A six bedroom, air conditioned lakefront, total electric REUNION HOUSE. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed, one bedroom has a full on the bottom/twin on the top bunk, one bedroom has a full bed and the last bedroom has 4 twin beds. The living room and dining room are spacious with large windows overlooking the lake. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space and cupboards, a double oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Open Year Round Smoke and Pet Free
There are three 2 bedroom, 2 bath housekeeping Suites with over 900 square feet of living space. Each bedroom has a queen bed & ceiling fan. One of the bathrooms is a 3/4 bath and the other is a full bath with a double jacuzzi tub. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace and TV with VCR. One of the units is handicapped accessible. Towels are provided September through May. Let us know at the time of booking if you will be needing towels.
The rate is for up to 4 people with a maximum capacity of 6.
Each Suite can open up to 2 motel rooms, making it possible
for a 3 or 4 bedroom Suite.

MOTEL ROOMS

Open Year Round Smoke and Pet Free
Spacious rooms with 450 square feet of climate controlled living.
Each unit has a full bathroom with a double jacuzzi tub, a 5 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, drip coffeemaker, a table and 2 chairs.
Some of the units have a queen bed and twin hide-a-bed while other rooms have two full beds.
Some of the units are handicapped accessible. Towels are provided.
The rate is for up to 2 people with a maximum capacity of 3 or 4.
We do not have facilities for tents or RV's.
Reservation Deposits: Deposits are required to confirm your reservation.
Deposit Refund Policy: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Accommodations will he held for the term of the reservation. Guests, in turn, are responsible for the entire period of their reservation. Please understand that our season is short and re-booking cancelled reservations can be difficult and expensive. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, notify us immediately. If we can secure another rental for the entire period of your reservation, all but a $100 handling fee will be returned.
There are no refunds after April 1st.
Damage Deposits: We inspect all the Cabins and Lodge Units before and after every stay. We require a credit card number to be on file that can be charged in the event of loss of property or damage to the unit or it's contents.
Arrivals and Departures:
Summer weekly reservations generally run from Saturday to Saturday
Check in time is 3:30 pm or later - Check out time is 9:00 am or earlier.
Summer Short Stays are usually in a motel room or Suite within the Lodge.
No minimum stay in the Lodge 3 night minimum in the Cabins
These offer more flexibility so your check-in time can be arranged at the time of booking
and check out time can be secured at the time of check in.
Spring, Fall and Winter arrival and departure times are flexible
so your check-in time can be arranged at booking.
