Lounge - is a pleasant gathering area to relax and share time with your family and friends. A large stone fireplace and a big screen TV. We have DSL or wireless internet access

Gift Shop - Find a special souvenir or gift for your yourself or the friend watching the house while you're away. We have a large selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts and caps; groceries; candy; tackle.

Meeting Room - Will accommodate up to 40 people. A great location for off-site seminars office parties or group retreats

Laundry Facilities - There are two coin-op washers and dryers available for our guests to use. The water throughout the resort is soft and clear.
Game Room - The game room is right off the Lodge area and has several video games.
The Marina
Boat Ramp - We have our own concrete boat ramp for easy access to the water and your boat lift.
Boats and Motors - Most of our boats are 16 ft. aluminum with newer 15 hp Mercury outboard motors.
The boats alone rent for $35.00 per week (or the entire length of your stay)
A boat & Motor combination rents for $35.00/day or $175/week Gasoline is extra.
Pontoon - Our new 24 ft. Pontoon with canopy, radio, ladder, live well and depth finder is $130 for a full day $80 for a half day or $30 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Lifts - If you bring your own boat, we have canopy lifts for rent that protect your boat from the sun and rain. They rent for $80 per week.
Lake Miltona is a very large lake and due to the possibility of winds, boats must be on a lift or on your trailer overnight. They cannot be beached or left tied to the dock.
Gas at the Dock - We have premium unleaded gas as well as oil available at the ramp so you won't need to lug cans or pull your boat to the gas station down the road.
Live Bait and Fish Cleaning Facilities - We carry fat head minnows, leeches and night crawlers.
Our fish cleaning facility is new with plenty of space for several folks to clean at one time. It also has a public phone and a Coke machine - all accessible 24 hours a day.
Electronic Licensing - We can issue any kind of fishing, hunting or shelter license you may need in the comforts of the Gift Shop.
