Welcome to Viking Bay, your four season resort

 

The beautifully maintained grounds and gardens

offer inviting areas for watching the birds and butterflies, sharing some quiet moments with a loved one or indulging yourself in peaceful meditation.  You can also check out the nature trail winding through the woods.

 

We provide clean, comfortable accommodations with friendly, courteous service.

There are 9 fully furnished housekeeping cabins, ranging from 2 to 6 bedrooms.  Most of them lie along the beach.

 

Our Lodge features Motel Rooms and two, three or four bedroom Suites,

a lounge area with intimate seating arrangements, a large stone fireplace, big screen TV, internet access, game room, laundry facilities, meeting room and gift shop.  It is open year round and is smoke and pet free.

Conveniently located - 

just 2 hours from either the Twin Cities or Fargo/Moorhead 

and 15 minutes north of the freeway.

 

Lake Miltona is located approximately 10 miles north 

of the town of Alexandria, Minnesota.  

 

Alexandria is just off  I-94, 130 miles northwest of Minneapolis 

and 100 miles southeast of Fargo, North Dakota. 

Directions to Viking Bay Resort

Viking Bay Resort is on the South East shore 

of Lake Miltona.

From I-94, take MN highway 29 north to mile marker 91.  Turn left onto County Road 5.

Go 1/2 mile to East Lake Miltona Drive 

and take a right - follow the signs into the resort.

 

We are located across the road from the  

Lake Miltona Golf Club.
