LODGING
A minimum of 12 people is needed to qualify for the special lodging rate.
$ 55 per person for the 2 nights of Friday and Saturday (with 12 or more participants)
$ 50 per person for any other 2 night stay Sunday through Thursday.
$ 65 per person for 2 nights if there are fewer than 12 participants
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Lodge has 12 bedrooms with 15 beds:
9 are queen, 6 are full sized beds there are also 3 twin hide-a-beds & 3 full size hide-a-beds.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom - most with a double jacuzzi tub.
Cabin 1 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There are 3 queen beds and 2 full beds. There is a full size futon in the living room.
TERMS
A deposit of $100 and the signing of a contract is required at the time of reservation.
The balance is due 45 days prior to the event and there is no refund within 30 days.
MEALS
We do not have food service at the resort, but the Lodge Suites and Cabin 1 have full kitchens
including stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers.

MEETING ROOM
Our meeting room is large enough to accommodate up to 30 people.
The room is $20/day (or portion thereof) if Lodging is included
$50/day (or portion thereof) if lodging is not included
Includes tables and chairs set up to your specifications, coffee, tea, cappuccino and garbage pick-up.
Also available are: overhead projector, 25' TV with VCR and DVD, easel with paper or white board,
projection screen, podium, data port access to DSL and wireless internet.
MISCELLANEOUS
You may arrive anytime after 1:00 pm on the day of check-in (unless agreed upon earlier)
Check out time is anytime before 3:00 pm
Sales are subject to MN State Sales and Lodging Tax.
